The photo says it: that's my certificate, and it's the reason I can actually call myself an rTMS practitioner now instead of just someone who read about it.
I trained through the Academy of Brain Stimulation (AoBS), an institution that specialises in transcranial magnetic stimulation education internationally. The course covered patient screening, protocol design, and how to deliver treatment safely, and it didn't let anyone through on theory alone.
What rTMS actually is
If you're not familiar with rTMS: it's a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate the areas of the brain linked to mood regulation. No surgery, no sedation, no downtime. For a lot of people who've tried therapy and medication without getting real relief, it opens up an option they didn't know existed.
I currently offer rTMS treatment at Jivan Wellness, guiding clients through the full journey, from initial assessment to aftercare, with care and attention at every stage.
Every stage of that path shapes how I show up for clients now: attentive, organised, and focused on outcomes.
If you or someone you know is exploring rTMS as a treatment option, I'd love to connect and share more about what the process looks like.
