Relationships & Attachment
Attachment patterns, boundaries, communication and relationship difficulties, worked through individually or together, so both people feel heard.
What this looks like
Relationship work looks at the patterns that repeat: in how conflict unfolds, how closeness is asked for or avoided, and how earlier attachment experiences quietly shape present-day connection. Sessions create room for both perspectives to be understood, not just argued for, and for new ways of communicating to be practised rather than just discussed.
Who it's for
Couples navigating conflict, distance, trust or major transitions; individuals wanting to understand their own attachment patterns before or after a relationship; and anyone whose relationship difficulties are affecting their wider wellbeing.
How sessions work
Couples sessions and individual attachment-focused work are both available, in person in Kiambu or online. Janet works collaboratively with both people in the room, setting a pace and structure that keeps sessions constructive rather than combative.
